Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and DailyPass, concerning your access to and use of our website and services. You agree that by accessing the site and using our services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
User Registration
You may be required to register with the site to access certain features. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Bookings and Payments
Through our platform, you can book day passes to various hotel facilities. By making a booking, you agree to pay all charges at the prices listed for such services. All charges are due and payable at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate before confirming your reservation.
We use third-party payment processors to facilitate payments. Your use of these payment services is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party providers.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel and the specific booking terms. Generally, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit may not be refundable. Please review the specific cancellation policy associated with your booking before confirming your reservation.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable time frame.
User Conduct
When using our services and visiting partner hotels, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You also agree not to:
Provide false or misleading information when booking a day pass
Violate any hotel rules or policies during your visit
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of hotel facilities
Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of our site
Use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.
You are granted a limited license to access and use the site and the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our site.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will we, our affiliates, or our licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the site, any websites linked to it, any content on the site or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
